Überhaupt ist die komplette ganz neu aufgearbeitet ): Bei uns ging das noch alles für 40USD. Ohjee, tut mir sehr leid. Mittlweile kostet das Buch inklusive Versand ja bereits 80 USD! Nur Subscribe….dann kommt das PayPal Fenster….da kostet allerdings der Versand satte 50$?! Wow…wie habt ihr das gemacht für 40$?

pardon, ich wollte direkt auf das Bestellformular verlinken und hatte nicht daran gedacht, dass das bei PayPal irgendwann „abläuft“. Du gehst einfach auf die Website (neue Verlinkung) und siehst recht weit oben „Pre-Order your Copy now“ – und schon kann die Bestellung losgehen!
