Du bist nicht allein ;-)! Ich bin über mehrere Umwege, Jobs und Branchen Controllerin geworden. Zuvor habe ich als Journalistin volontiert, Kunstgeschichte & Wirtschaft zuende studiert und ganz davor auch mal ein Studium abgebrochen. Für die jeweilige Zeit hat es sich gut angefühlt und jetzt weiß ich vor allem, was ich nicht will. Ich bin stolz auf die Erfahrungen, die ich gemacht habe, merke allerdings, dass dieser straighte Karriereweg gerade in Personalerköpfen noch viel zu sehr verankert ist. Was mich zum Glück nicht mehr kümmert, denn dort, wo ich jetzt bin, gehe ich nicht mehr weg!
