My apologies for writing in English by the way. I hope it’s okay. I lived in Berlin for a while so I was able to understand a bit the dialogue here in the comments section and wanted to leave my feedback. I think what Leah is mentioning is a very valid point. I’m also guilty of using „oversized“ as a label and realize now that yes, my oversize is still another person’s size… Moving forward with this, I have decided to remove „oversized“ from our product titles and descriptions. I now see how ignorant it was of me to use such a label to describe an item that fits large on me.

Leah, ich muss jetzt mal kurz von der Seite rein grätschen und DANKE sagen. Weißt du, wegen LeserInnen wie dir ist das hier überhaupt erst ein so bereichernder Ort. Das wollte ich mal schnell gesagt haben, auf den letzten Feierabend-Drücker.

Hey liebe Leah, danke dir für deinen Kommentar, den ich sehr gut verstehen kann – vor allem den Punkt, dass besagte Kleidungsstücke, bei denen etwa „best fits size l/xl“ steht, auch an jenen Körperformen gezeigt werden sollten. Gerade, wenn es um Secondhand / Vintage geht, die Kleidungsstücke also nicht unbedingt für einen solch „oversized Fit“ zugeschnitten sind, wie es mittlerweile oft bei neuen Designs der Fall ist, sondern es sich um die tatsächlichen Größen handelt, kann ich nachvollziehen, warum es anderen Personen (ich beziehe mich hier auf das von dir genannte Zitat) ein schlechtes Gefühl gibt. Danke für deinen Input, tatsächlich hat er mich ins Grübeln gebracht, weshalb ich mich mal etwas tiefer mit der Thematik beschäftigen werde (falls dir noch einfallen sollte, in welchem Video du das Zitat gehört hast, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du es mit mir teilst (gerne auch per DM oder einfach hier in den Kommentaren)).
