Ein paar Monate lang haben wir unsere Nasen immer wieder am Schaufenster platt gedrückt und von dieser einen Eckbank, die #Together heißt, geträumt, uns vorgestellt, wie sie 20 oder 30 Jahre lang all unseren Geheimnissen lauscht und wie es wohl wäre, würde aus dieser unverschämten Spinnerei tatsächlich ein echtes Glück. Niemals passiert das, dachten wir, bis da plötzlich ein kleiner Zettel hing: Abzugeben, Musterstück. Wir kaufen also wirklich kein Auto. Dafür sind wir jetzt wohl so gut wie verheiratet, nur ohne Ringe. Aber mit 1 richtig geiler Eckbank.

About raising feminist sons. Give them the confidence to be who they want to be and to dress however they want. Teach them to acknowledge their emotions. And to communicate. Ask how they feel. What they wish for. And which injustices they notice. Let them do housework. And care for others. Read tons of books, about girls and women who change(d) the world, too. Mind your own words. And a gender-sensitive language. Dismantle prejudices, avoid sexist jokes and call out sexist and racist behavior. Talk about „no means no“. About your period. And womxn’s rights. Speak up. Say „children“ instead of „boys and girls“ whenever possible. Encourage them to play with friends of other genders. Make sure they know that family comes in all shapes and sizes. Let them explore the world. The good and the bad. And give them all the love you want them to pass on once they have become the grown-ups of tomorrow #howtoraiseafeminist
